At least six people have been killed in a series of attacks in northeastern Nigeria, reports the Defense Post. On Monday, Boko Haram militants, believed to be from the Abubakar Shekau faction, opened fire on goat herders near Tubba, about 5 miles (8 km) from Maiduguri, in Borno state.
