A second Marine Corps squadron in Japan has made the transition to the stealthy F-35 fighter jet, reports Defense News. On Thursday, Marine Fighter Attack Squadron, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, declared initial operational capability with the F-35B short-takeoff/vertical landing (STOVL) jet.
