India—Navy Set To Commission Missile-Tracking Ship

The Indian navy is about to commission its first ship dedicated to tracking satellites and ballistic missiles, reports the Hindustan Times. On Friday, the Dhruv is scheduled to formally enter service during a ceremony in Visakhapatnam on the Bay of Bengal. The 10,000-ton vessel is expected to play a major role in the early warning of potential incoming ballistic missiles.
