USA—Special Envoy For Qatar Dispute Steps Down

A retired Marine general who was working to resolve the crisis between Qatar and some of its neighbors has resigned, reports CBS News. Anthony Zinni said he decided to resign after realizing that regional leaders were unwilling to discuss the matter or engage in mediation.
