Afghanistan—Taliban Calls Off Peace Talks In Qatar

The Afghan Taliban has called off peace talks with the U.S. in Qatar, due to disagreement over the agenda and the involvement of Afghan government officials, reports Reuters.  On Monday, the militant group cancelled the talks scheduled for Wednesday over the planned participation of representatives of the government in Kabul.
