The HAOP-27 Krishak was an Indian-built observation and liaison aircraft used in support of the Indian Army. The Krishak had a configuration typical for light liaison aircraft. It had a nose-mounted piston engine; strut-supported, high-set, straight wing with rounded tips; non-retractable "taildragger" tricycle landing gear; and tail unit with small, rounded tailfin- and-rudder with tailplane inset at the base.
