The Haeseong (Sea Star, C-Star) is a long-range cruise missile designed for the South Korean navy's Aegis-equipped destroyers built starting in 2008 as part of the KDX-III program. The missile has four small fold-out wings around the center and four fold-out tail control surfaces.
