OVERVIEW The mission of the air component of the military is primarily transport, but it has a limited combat capability. It has been assigned maritime patrol duties as well. The air force is organized into: 1 training squadron 2 transport squadrons 1 transport helicopter squadron   PERSONNEL STRENGTH The air force numbers about 500 personnel.
