OVERVIEW The Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) is organized into five commands: Fleet Command (1st and 3rd flotillas), Coastal Command (COSCOM), Naval Logistic Command (NALCOM), Maritime Training & Doctrine Command and the Navy Diver Unit (NDU).
